We had an excellent experience and have in the past as well. We called and got an appointment the same day. We had two technicians (Habte, Rob) visit on two days as the problem was difficult to diagnose and multi factored. They worked diligently to figure out the problem and repair it. They were both extremely professional, and the communication from all involved was excellent from text messages when on their way to verbal updates throughout. Solid recommendations were made to protect and lengthen the life of the unit we have. We are really impressed and will continue to use and recommend Arpi’s.

Chai’s knowledge and professionalism were present throughout our dual furnace tune up. I was able to watch and learned some interesting things about High Efficiency furnaces. The work was meticulously done and I now I have no worries about breakdowns. I was also impressed when it was brought to my attention that the furnaces each should have a surge protection circuit to prevent main board failure and stress on the turbine motor. (Approximately 1,500 for a board alone) Voltage is regulated so the equipment is not exposed to power spikes and voltage fluctuations which can wreak havoc on sensitive electronics. For a reasonable price I now have greater piece of mind knowing the equipment is not continuously stressed from the many cycles the appliances has in the winter.Judging by the quantity of work and disposition of our technician, I would not hesitate to recommend this service provider. Very nice to see such an enthusiastic worker who is able to have the support of the employer in regards to further educational opportunities. It’s great to see a company that looks out for its clients and its employees. Nice work!

From my initial meeting with Gaurav until two today when the installers left everything was perfect. Great service very responsive and went the extra mile after hours to ensure that everything was perfect. The installers were clean organized and efficient and fully walked me through everything before they left. It wasn’t the easiest install but they work their magic. Everything I was promised upfront was delivered on the backend.
