We offer "Trunk to Trunk" parking service. What does this mean?

When you park your vehicle with us, our shuttle bus will pick you and your companions up at your vehicle. You won't have to walk to a central pick up area or bus stand.

Once you board our comfortable Park & Jet shuttle bus, it's a short 3-5 minute ride to your YYC Calgary Airport departure gate of choice. Our Bus Drivers are willing to help you load your luggage onto the shuttle bus. Please let them know if you prefer to handle your own luggage.

Guests tell us that this short ride to the Departure Terminal saves them the hassle from walking long distances. It also will give you time to get your boarding pass, passport and other ticketing details ready so you have a positive in-terminal experience as you move to board your flight.

When you return from your next trip, we will be waiting to pick you up at one of two shuttle bus bays that are located across the arrivals curb. Park & Jet is a fully gated and fenced parking facility located at the Calgary Airport (YYC). We have lots of room for you to park all sizes of vehicles. We park vehicles in dedicated rows when you enter so that we make your departure and arrival process easy.

» If you are flying within Canada, the closest lot is Parkade 1 (P1).

» If you are flying to the U.S. or internationally, the closest parking is Parkade 2 (P2).

Access to P2 is via the "Through Road" at the entrance to P1.

Walk to the Domestic or International terminals from the Skywalks on Level 4 of the parkade or take an elevator from any level to the Skywalks. You can also access the International terminal via the Pedestrian tunnel.

4worldlovers: Parking is complimentary for all Calgary Zoo members with online registration. Once you've added and activated your licence plate(s), you can park one of your activated vehicles at the Calgary Zoo any time you visit with no need for further action.

Enter your last name and your Calgary Zoo membership number and click Submit

The last name must match the last name on your Calgary Zoo membership card

Click My Permits and on the left hand side click Manage Permits

Under New Plate, enter your licence plate number and province/state and click Add Plate. Once you click Add Plate the licence plate will be automatically activated.

If you have more than two plates on your profile, you'll be prompted to select which you'd like to have active session(s) by clicking the adjacent switch (it'll turn green.)

Please make sure your plate(s) are up-to-date prior to parking at the Calgary Zoo.

Calgary Zoo Engage or Inspire Members can have one (1) vehicle eligible for free parking at a time, up to two licence plates activated at a time, and multiple plates loaded on their profile. Before you park at the Calgary Zoo, ensure the correct licence plate(s) are activated in the system.

Once you have registered and activated your licence plate(s), you'll maintain your parking privileges at the Calgary Zoo until your membership expires.
