To us, making chocolate actually means "making chocolate", and with a capacity to make as much as 2,000kg of chocolate every day, we're the largest artisan chocolate maker in Canada. We start by importing the rarest cocoa beans in the world. We then roast, grind and refine them into chocolate that meets our exact specifications. This gives us control over the quality and taste of our final confections that our competitors can't touch. Choklat is truly a luxury chocolate maker and chocolatier.

Since opening the doors for the first time in 2008, our CEO has hosted over 1,600 factory tours, given away recipes, helped other chocolatiers buy equipment, made more than 1,500 contributions to various online chocolate forums, and even written and published a book on how to start a craft chocolate company.
