Last Best Brewing & Distilling: what do users think?
Ron Janzen: Good burger & fries, fair deal on Monday special, my table wobbled, I hate that. Why do waiters not seem to check this?
Towyn Mackenzie: Great environment, great food, great drinks and even better music! Cody had the best playlist!
Thomas Goetz: Great food and service! We sat on the patio and had a great time, music and atmosphere were awesome.
Tabby k: Went to Last best the other evening. When we walked in and got our own table after sitting and waiting 20 mins with multiple serving staff walking past us we had to wave down a waitress to make our drink order. The place was not busy. there was maybe in the entire place 10 tables total for the amount of wait staff and bar staff on that night who all looked miserable and acted like doing their job was an inconvenience to them. Sauntering over to tables dragging feet like a chore, and this was not just one person this was observing most of the staff.Having to ask if we should just go to the bar and order our drinks because it was taking so long to have our order taken old cups taken from the table and orders brought to the table.
Jesse Mauch: Our group shared appetizers (nacho, deep-fried pickles, and malt & vinegar chips).Food was great.Service was quick and friendly.I've also been there for a large group event (+50 people).Great place for group lunches and events.
Brenden Dielissen (Brendoser): Came here on a Saturday evening with a large group 10, reserved in advance by a week. Place was relatively quite for a Saturday, yet our service was quite slow and I spent most of my time waiting for our server to check in on us. Over my 3 hour or so visit I was only able to order 3 beers - of which I only received 2 before we decided to get the bill and leave cause we were waiting so long.Only giving 2 stars cause the food looked pretty tasty (didn’t have any myself).Would not recommend, likely not coming back.
Pablo Hernández: Fine beer, great food.
Téa Garant: I went for the craft beer and became a gin drinker. Their gin is SO tasty.
austin leclerc: Nachos used to be really good here. Ordered yesterday and very disappointed. Smaller portion. Cheap on the toppings. Chips over cooked.
Mike Umphres: Good dark lager. Poutine with brisket was not what we expectedGood service.
Lana Mihajlovic: We were in today, fantastic beer and food as always. Our server Rich was awesome
L T: This place exceeds in all of the things. Killer service (Richie is a gem), wicked beer (try their gose if you like a berry sour), and the BEST food. Especially brunch. I would never have thought of Last Best as a brunch place, but the moment that sweet Eggs Benny touched my lips my world was changed forever. Best. Eggs. Benny. In Calgary. And I’ve tasted many a YYC Eggs Benny. Long story short you will not regret coming here at any time.
Kyle Roy: Very great experience, homemade food, as well as house made drafts, spirits and wine. Will definitely be back
Billie-Jo W.: We go to Last Best often. They have great food, beer, and cocktails. The staff are friendly as well.I rented the private space called The Beer Shop for my husband's 50th surprise birthday party last night.I was so impressed with the service from the two women behind the bar. So friendly and accommodating. Also, a big shout out to Morgan and others who helped me plan the event. Also very accommodating. We all had a fantastic time and I would definitely consider renting the space again for any future events.
Brandi Balascak: Food and drinks were great, service was slow and it was a bit too loud.
Holli Pruhsmeier: Delicious hawaiian pizza that was a little spicy. The gin martini was delicious and their local home-brewed IPA was fantastic. We had beignet for dessert and this was worth getting. The service was the best part with the local giving us suggestions of places to go and explore after their restaurant.
Rick Schmidt: Good beer, great food and great service and just had another great meal.
Ryden Kungl: Their slogan should really be: “Last Best: Where the music in the bathroom is as LOUD as in the bar.” So if you really need to rip one, Last Best guarantees your sounds will NOT be heard outside the door of your sacred space.
Nate Cordery: Not worth the price you pay. $17 for brussels sprouts?! LULZ.
Running Duck: I am giving 5 stars for the sampler set, so neat, detailed you will have a card with numbers for each smaple, in an alberta like map, so brilliant.Food was great too we have fried veggies and poutineIt is a big place, one a Monday after was almost a full house, which was surprising
Angus Macdougall: Great place! The bartender JP was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be back!!

Bow River Brewing: what do users think?
Flames: I went to a brewery with my coworkers after work in Calgary. It was really enjoyable! The aroma of the beer was fresh, and the taste was fantastic. There were various types of beers available, and we could each choose according to our preferences. Additionally, the food that paired well with the beer was excellent, and the compatibility with delicious dishes was outstanding. The time spent with my coworkers was extremely fun, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beer. Drinking beer at a brewery in Calgary was a wonderful experience and a great opportunity to strengthen the bond with my colleagues.
K S: I recently had the pleasure of trying Bow River Brewery's Cherry Raz Wit and it was an absolute delight. This Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with cherries and raspberries, which gives it a fruity and refreshing taste that's perfect for a warm summer day. The beer had a hazy appearance and a light, crisp flavor that was very enjoyable.I appreciated the balance between the fruitiness and the beer's traditional wheat base, as it didn't feel too sweet or overpowering. The Cherry Raz Wit was also very smooth and easy to drink, making it a great choice for those who enjoy lighter beers.Overall, I would highly recommend Bow River Brewery's Cherry Raz Wit to anyone who enjoys craft beer or is looking for a unique and refreshing beverage option. The brewery itself is also a great spot to visit, with a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of other beers to try. If you're in the Calgary area, this brewery is definitely worth a visit!"
Jeremi Chase: Food was great and beer was also great! Service was excellent! I'd go again!
Thomas Simpson: Fantastic beers and service!
sonny B: Great spot!
Alastair Patterson: Great space, amazing service, good beer. Lindsey was serving us and a lot of fun. Games for the kids to play. We will be back.
David: Great service. Good conversation with the Staff. Was loving the meat pies and beer combo so hopefully the pies come back.
Kurt Schurer: Tried the Riverfest Saxony German Lager at a private party where Bow River Brewing products were featured. Days later I dropped by the brewery to pick up a couple of sacks. Live jam was happening as I entered the premises providing the right kind of feel. Enough said. Recommended.
David Hillier: My first time at Bow River Brewing today. I’ve always wanted to check it out. I had the chance today before a Costco run. As I entered the door I was greeted and asked if it was my first time at Bow River Brewing. I said yes. I was also asked what my favourite type of craft brew was. I went with the IPA that was on tap. It was delicious. I did not get the name of the person who was serving me but she was very personable and we even chatted a bit about the local craft brewery scene. I ended up having two 18 oz beers and taking two four packs home. All in all, a fantastic experience at Bow River which made my Saturday Costco experience somewhat bearable LOL. I’ll be back to Bow River.
Chris Cross: Good beer. Casual tap room. Not too noisy or crowded
Rome Awde: Great beer and very warm atmosphere. Big Beef Catering did a great job on the food for our Christmas party.
Brenda Kirton: Really nice place. But no cider even though it was on the list. The Cherry Raz Wit was good for me, even though I don't like beer
Amie: Was here for a birthday bash after hours; an amazing experience!! Good food, amazing staff and a private tour of the facility helped make it an event to remember. Will definitely be back with my family on a weekend, and as a venue for our next shindig!! Ian, you’re a rockstar with amazing staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a great night!!!
Anand Christi: Lindsay took care of us from the very beginning, I loved their Athabasca Wit beer, one of the best! Their Stout pie was amazing as well!
Zem Lench: Had some good German beer and pizza so I'm feeling pretty happy about my visit
The Legend Flange O'Toole: Phwoarrrr, cracking stuff!
Tyrell Scott: A nice open yet cozy space with some decent brews. The service was pretty good and they offered us samples to make our decision easier.
Dillon Byrne: Two words: AMBER LAGER. These folks know what theyre doing.
Chris Torres: Really cool space and awesome beers.
Shauna-lee Green: Great variety of beers, delicious food and great service. Also super clean. Would definitely recommend!
Brady Laut: Gabby is an absolute gem. We came from red deer for my girlfriends birthday and we agree she was the highlight. Thank you Bow River Brewing, thank you Gabby! I'd give 1000 stars if I could!

Inner City Brewing: what do users think?
Joshua van Lindenberg: Seemed like the staff didn't care that we were there, barely paid any attention to us. When we finally asked them to place orders, our food took almost an hour to arrive, and it came in 3 stages, so that 1st stage was done eating before 2nd stage came, and 2nd stage was done eating before 3rd stage came. Our group of about 15 was more than half of all the patrons in the place. And they still didn't seem to care that we were there.
Flames: It's a nice brewery. The bar had an enticing atmosphere and was known as a local brewery in Calgary. We had the opportunity to try several types of craft beer and were impressed by their quality and flavors. The Calgary brewery bar provided us with a fantastic evening filled with a delightful ambiance and exceptional beers.
David O: Recommended dishes Chicken WingsMore
Mina Rad: Calm, cozy place with good music and friendly staff! The owner was kind enough to give us a tour of the brewery! The wings were fresh, juicy and the mango spice was a highlight! It was a bit expensive though. I ordered the lager and it was as good as I expected it.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken Wings …More

Alex Goebel YYC REALTOR: It's so cool how this venue has started hosting Rockin4Dollars after Broken City closed. The fact that its a long open space makes the room feel very full which is nice for a show. Hope to come back for more shows!
Svetlana Pavlychenko: Дуже крута атмосфера.перслнал дуже привітний.

SKO MAN: What are you waiting for, get your azz in this place. Had lunch here this week with a crew from work and was pleasantly surprised, probably the best burger and beer I have had in Calgary and only $18, great service from the owner but the place was not busy so please support this place. They also support minor hockey with custom label beer cans for your event and the beer was awesome, cannot wait for my next visit, 5 out of 5 stars for sure, great work team Inner City 👌😜🤘 SKO MAN APPROVED !
Greg Smith: Great beers and food
Cory Prostebby: Not sure what the hype is. They have at least 20 taps but only 5 beers on tap. No hazy or NEIPA. The beer I ordered was good, a couple degrees warm and came in a can. Environment is ok, not much to write about.
Leanne Fogarty: Had a fabulous team Christmas party at Inner City Brewery. This was a great spot for our private event and this space has a fun vibe to it! Doug, Issac and Erin took great care of our team. Thanks again for a fun night! (The beer is awesome too!)
Jessie Rosales: Always a great brewery to visit and have a few pints. Been meaning to come down lately for a visit. Hope to see you all there.
Christopher Hovagimian: Great beer. Awesome staff. Yes you Isaac & Amanda, talking to you.

Collective - A Craft Beer Shop: what do users think?
Tony Hoppins: I really do like collective beer but my last experience was a nightmare. I got their take Home big cans and the employee there didn’t seal it properly. The cans lid came of and damaged my car seat and made a huge mess.
Natasha Dillon: Everyone is always so friendly and very helpful with recommendations. You can tell that the team here really enjoy what they do and take pride in educating themselves on all of their products. I always say this is like a library of drinks. It's a whole experience every time we go! Single cans, wine, all the latest collabs and drops - it's a one stop shop!
lavothas: Warm and friendly staff, and an amazing selection of craft drinks, from beer to liquor, to soda
jessica jung: Friendly service and love their recommendations. My go to is dry hopped sour and if your lucky they have jellyking on tap.
Andrew M.: Great selection, woke staff with weird shirts.
Alex Tokessy: Excellent selection and great service.
Mike Marshall: I discovered this place about two months ago. Fell in love with it! They have a great selection of beer that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable!
Ethan McLeod: Collective has by far the best selection of beer in the city. Their customer service is always top notch, I’m always greeted with a smile. The staff and owners are very well informed and very helpful in helping me pick out new IPAs to try.
Kara Sallows: I've been going here for a while but I met the owner today and she was great. Such a great selection of craft beer and she was super knowledgeable about what she carried in store. Will be back!
Darren Koviessen: The best selection & prices I've seen in calgary. Very helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
Aimee Evans: The best craft beer in town! Love this local joint and the staff are awesome! 🍻 👏
Andy Maksymetz: This little craft beer shop is a fun way to check out beers and ciders you perhaps wouldn't on your typical trip to the store. The fun part of Collective is trying multiple single cans rather than commiting to a 4 or 6 pack of an untested beverage. I haven't been here in awhile, so I'll have to return soon.
Landon: They have a fantastic selection of single can beers and growlers. Always something new and exciting in stock to try! The staff have all been great too.
Mike Guinan-Browne: What an awesome beer selection! I wish we had you guys in Vancouver! Keep up the great work and we’ll definitely see you on our next trip to Cowtown!
Brendan Harris (Virtual Tour Calgary): One of the best liquor stores in town. The beer is organized properly by type of beer! Why doesn’t everyone do this??Good on tap selection and great bottle / can selection too!Friendly staff. Never a line up.Next door to an awesome market to grab some food to go as well!
Amanda Wyenberg: A great selection of craft beer singles. My hubby and I love that we can buy singles and try out different beers from different breweries without committing. The staff are always so pleasant and super helpful!!
Chris Thompson: Wow, what a massive selection of craft beers here. Very organized coolers and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t tried the on tap beer yet, but rest assured with a selection of 20 on tap craft brews I will be filling up a growler soon. It’s great to have this craft beer store in the area, give it a try and support local business. They also currently have a buy six cans and get 10% off.
James Anderson: So much fun to shop here. Beers are sorted by type and always new and unique beers available and lots of taps to fill growlers.
Savannah Hendry: Crazy craft beer selection, love the concept, so glad this place is in the neighborhood.
CGJ WILL: One of the best beer stores in the world and 100% the best beer store in Calgary. Huge selection of singles, fresh taps for growlers, and excellent staff for reccomendations. Great selection of ciders, shandys, non-alcoholic, and a small, quality selection of wines and spirits.
Kevin: Amazing selection, friendly staff and good prices. Wish they were closer to us, but worth the drive.

Cabin Brewing Company: what do users think?
Marco Ra: Very fresh brewed beer
Devon Wyatt: Although the meat pie was good, go there for the beer!
K S: I recently tried the FLIPSIDE PHANTASM PILSNER and it was absolutely delicious. I paired it with some kettle chips and mustard, and the combination was out of this world. The crisp, refreshing taste of the pilsner perfectly complemented the savory crunch of the chips, while the tangy mustard added a nice kick of flavor 👍
Brendan Kenalty: Awesome spot! Love the cool patio and the flights. Except the chocolate banana 😳
Clinton Bishop: Vibe: comfy, friendly, inclusiveBeer: ExcellentFood: I'd recommend the pies in a pinch, but generally people come for the vibes and beer.
Char Wallace: I’ve only had positive experiences at this brewery. It has the coolest patio, super welcoming staff and the chillest vibe. I have to say I was especially blown away by the gender-neutral bathrooms that include a diaper station. The beers are deadly and the pies are delicious. My kid loves the child “charcuterie”.If you’re looking for a good beer, nice patio with a family friendly vibe- this is the place for you.
Sierra Drummond: Local, humble and truly caring about our community and customers. Thank you Cabin!!!!! Oh - and delicious beer, obviously.
Claudio Quinteros: Favorite brewery in the city for quality brews. Super saturation and sunshine rain are my go to beers.
Scott Baker: We come here every Sunday and get to meet Ben & Kaitlyn every time. They know our group and are absolutely fantastic. You can tell they enjoy their work, both are always on top of service and ensure that the place is running smoothly. Cabin can be busy but I think that’s because of people like these two ensuring it’s always an amazing experience.
Beth Adamson: Great varietyBusy placeStaff can be a bit more friendly
Linda Nolan: Cabin brewing is definitely kid friendly as we’ve never seen so many babies and kids at the brewery (like a playground 😆), also dog friendly patio. They do non alcoholic beer and some small bites for snacking. They’re many breweries around the neighborhood and this one is one of the best for sure!
David: Good beer, good atmosphere, good service! They currently do a small selection of South Island Pies which are awesome. No sour beers currently. No non-alcoholic of their own brewery but do have a Village. Review is not negative, just informative! Great place!
Henning Van Den Berg: I love the Sunshine Rain IPA, it's one of my go to IPA beers, the taproom was busy at the time I visited and I was very surprised to see all the families visiting, little children and babies, definitely a family oriented place, love the beer definitely a place to visit in Calgary when you are trying all the brewers that are all situated in a 15 min driving radius of each other.
Samantha Nelmes: A calgary favourite. Great core brews with fun seasonal selection. The taproom plays off the 'cabin camping' aspect but in a clean well lit way. The patio in the summer is awesome and it looks like they winterized part of it for those warmer Calgary days.
Robb: Outstanding beer and service. Love this place!
Bradley van Middelkoop: Excellent service, delicious beer, and we had a very nice charcuterie board. Kid friendly!
s p: Best beers in town.
Mark Lack: Always a friendly welcome is had at the Cabin! They have a great selection of beers, but I have to say Super Saturation is hands down my favorite! I'm sad the food choices are very limited as I would love to be able to have a real lunch here, but I know they are very limited on space. The meat pies are really tasty though with perfect flaky pastry. When they fill my keg and it's always filled to the brim!
Jenna Huartson: Great beer. Excellent staff and service
Morgan McKay: The service was great and beers were amazing! The cool as cucumber lime gose was our favourite!! Highly recommend!
Paul Salvatore: Excellent!

David Smith: It's really hard to find the best words to describe the awesome experience at Tool Shed. The staff are wonderful, the owner is a great guy, and the food is heavenly! So no matter if you are looking for a cold beer that's a part of Alberta history, or if you're looking to experience some of the genuinely best BBQ you can have in Calgary, definitely hit up Tool Shed.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp that's easy to access and get up, with variety of table heights depending on your needs.
konrad ross: Great beer, great service, delicious pulled pork sandwich.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Dave Lavallee: First time here, I've had the best before and it was still as great as I remember. Lots of seating and nice to have some BBQ food options at a micro-brewery. I had the Smash burger and it was delicious but not as filling as I might have hoped. The staff was very friendly and the service was great too. I would recommend checking it out of you're in the area (I'll be back too).
Vinay Manjeshwar: Great place, good food, please check the brewery!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Paul Sirois: Stop what you're doing and come eat a Brisket Sandwich. Fan. Tas. Tic. Oh yeah, they have beer too. 😜Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kelsi Ribecco: They were very accommodating to us as a young family with pregnant wife and 18 month old toddler. They had a high chair too! Bartender brought me both non alcoholic beers to try and our food came out early quickly! The brisket sandwich was AMAZING and our food came out really fast. The only reason for the 4 stars is the side of "chips" was literally like old dutch ripple chips! Lol. We expected maybe like actual baked potato chips or something, but other than that great experience. Our son had the jalapeño mac n cheese which wasn't too spicy at all for him. He had fun walking around and exploring after dinner and the staff were great and just smiled at him. It wasn't too busy and the other patrons didn't seem to mind either. Glad places like this are welcoming to families! We had a nice dinner. I took off one star for atmosphere only because the bathroom was really smelly. Clean but smelly lol.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a ramp. My mom who's a paraplegic in a wheelchair could get in easily!
Paul Larguinho: Excellent service, incredible food and amazing beer. Highly recommend the mac and cheese and the chicken sandwich. Super friendly staff!
Vladimir Tabelev: Knock $3 off each menu food price to match the tiny portions and get 5 stars.
Bradley van Middelkoop: Good beer. We've had the same server each time we've been there and she is lovely. They serve food but had an outdated menu online and in-person. Ambiance is cool.
Ashlee Lucas: The food was amazing and the beer was tasty! Will definitely be back for more
Linda Nolan: The chicken burger was surprisingly good and the non-alcoholic beer zero people skills was tasty! The brisket was tender and juicy. The smoke beef burgers are to die for and must try!
Natasha Sutherland: Came here for a Can AM wrestling event, and the beer didn't disappoint. As a sober person, I was overly excited when they had 2 non-alcoholic options on tap for $5.00 a pint. My husband enjoyed the alcoholic People Skills and I was able to enjoy the same in a non-alcoholic version. Thank you!
Edward Andersen: Great place to eat and drink and watch wrestling live...Great staff
maria loblick: Excellent food and service 😀
Darren Fong: Great Beer. Really good food being served as well. Staff is awesome.
Jonathon Young: Went here with some friends for beers and BBQ. We a tried the BBQ ribs which won an award. For $20 you get 4 individual ribs and a scoop of coleslaw. The ribs were delicious but it was extremly expensive for such a small amount of food, not worth the price for such a little amount of food.Beers were good however and service was OK. Next time I would eat before going. Not the place to go if your looking for a decent amount of food to soak up some pints.
Chris Brill: I went here for a birthday party and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed the experience. Laura helped me select a brew that catered to my personal taste and I was elated. Her co-worker behind the bar worked hard to serve our group. The food was delicious. I had the brisket sandwich. It was so tasty. The ribs were included in the appetizers but unfortunately weren't available for order. They too were flavorful. I will definitely return to this fine establishment.
