Elizabeth Cortes: I was at the heritage meadows location today between 9:15am - 10am on April 25, 2024. I did some picture printing at the kiosk, once i was done i made my way to the cashier area to pay for my pictures. I had this nice lady helped me, i didnt get her name, but she was having some trouble trying to log in or get the process going as she wasn't familiar with the POS system. So she asked another female employee, i believe her name was Harpreet, she wasn't too sure as well. There was another male worker, whom was helping another customer at the other side of the counter, they tried to get his attention to see if maybe he was able to just help them out quickly, that male employee was kind of rude, had a tone with his reply and said "i'm helping a customer", then turned his back and continued with his customer. So the two ladies tried to call someone on the phone and ask for help, they did apologized to me a few times, i wasn't mad, told them it's ok. I've work in retail for 14 years, so i understand. I think i waited for about 15 mins, and the 2 ladies were still trying their best to figure out how to process transaction for me. The male employee was done with his customer, not only did he not come over and check to see if the problem was resolved, he just went straight to this couple whom were looking at something to purchase. So the 2 ladies eventually had to call a CSM to come and assist them. If that male employee was a management in that department, i feel bad for walmart having him as a management role, he doesn't even have the ability to show the basic of customer service. I only gave a 5 stars review because of the other 2 ladies, otherwise I would have given a 1 star.
Cynthia Blandford: Sahil khullar from wireless section .I came into this location on April 24th 2024 and l was helped by Sahil so graciously.This young man went above and beyond to help me .He took the time to go through my current service provider and explained some options for future savings in contrast to the high bill was paying for my Telus plan.He is highly knowledgeable and immensely tech savvy. Your company has been graced with such an exceptional employee !Keep up the fantastic job Sahil and it was more than a pleasure to recieve such magnificent service!!

Pavo Sabir: Great place to shop but make sure you READ THE EXPIRATION DATE. Fruits and veggies no problem but everything els read it, I come here every week.
Mridula Raghupathi: each for only 10$ and no rotten ones. That’s something to talk about! Definitely won’t be doing avocados but the rest of it in terms of fruits and veggies is kinda hard to beat. Bags of rice, flour, grains are really affordable. If you’re into indomie they have a whole carton for 15$. You can’t really escape the crowds. It’s a wee bit hard for people who are claustrophobic.

Tay Brekelmans: Thanks to their Manager Max, for helping me return some headphones. I was told one thing about their return policy, while it ended up being different. Rather than arguing me, he helped me try and find a replacement, and when we couldn’t, he got me my refund so I could purchase the proper headphones elsewhere. Wish it worked out so I could buy from Walmart, but I felt heard. Thanks again Max, very much appreciated!!
