Our two founders: Raphaelle Strub and Chloe Sardin (Osteopathic Manual Therapists), wanted to illustrate the natural capacities that the body has to stay healthy, which in Medicine is called Homeostasis. Homeostasis is one of the main Osteopathic principles and a powerful self-regulatory mechanism of the body.

Over the years, it has been a pleasure and an honour to serve the community from newborns to entire families, athletes, acute and chronic condition patients, thanks to a talented multidisciplinary team of practitioners. It's with a heavy heart that we announce that Healthy By Nature will be permanently closing its doors on January 23, 2021.

Continuous quality of care is our priority, and all practitioners will be able to continue helping you from their future workplace. We will update this page as each practitioner confirms where they will be working next.

Osteopathy is a form of drug-free non-invasive manual medicine that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework, which includes the joints, muscles and spine, as well as the internal organs, bones of the skull, and fluids of the body.

We all have responses from our internal organs (heart, lungs, viscera) and our nervous system (brain and spinal cord) which are known to be normal or, conversely, signal that something in our body is “not quite right” and requires more experienced attention.

Massage therapy is a non-invasive manual practice that assesses and treats the soft tissues and joints of the body with an aim to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function. Massage therapy also aims to treat physical dysfunction and to prevent or lessen pain..

Research shows that in many cases the use of manual therapy in conjunction with exercise is proven more effective in treating pain, stiffness, weakness and loss of function than exercise alone. Pain and loss of function is relieved quicker and recurrence occurs less often when combining the benefits of both modalities.
