As per Alberta Health's policy, to see any of our pediatric specialists, all patients need a referral from a physician.

Our clinic uses multiple tools to help our pediatricians diagnose and treat your child. This paperwork and documents we request are essential for your appointment. Failure to complete paperwork or deliver requested documents for your appointment will result in delays in your child's care.
