Owner Sandra Bueckert and her team have seen the people they train and mentor evolve over the years and the business has evolved right alongside. As One On One celebrates this milestone 33rd anniversary in 2022, they are as relevant now as they were on Day 1.

Sandra and her team help clients achieve their own fitness goals. The emphasis isn’t on body-building; One On One takes a balanced approach that aims for flexibility, aerobic capacity, strength and optimal weight.

One On One Personal Fitness Instruction Inc. operates in a boutique studio on Calgary’s trendy 17th Ave. SW. It’s small and comfortable.
