I have a wonderful studio space at The Varsity Clinic in Calgary where I do in-person Pilates sessions for $84.00/1hr.


I provide several classes in-person each week, and I invite you to join us! All fees paid by session. No drop-in. Pre-requisite: one trial class.


Trained and certified in reformer, cadillac, chair and advanced mat work through the STOTT Pilates Certification Program.

Teaching experience in both groups and one-on-one sessions through the Calgary Pilates Center, Junction 9 Yoga & Pilates, Club Pilates, Core 360, Varsity Natural Health Center, and the Alberta Health Services Workplace Wellness Program: Rockyview General Hospital, Center 70, and the Peter Loughheed Centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.


Pilates NorthWest, my private studio, is now located at The Varsity Clinic in Calgary. I teach private sessions and classes in-person. Private sessions include mat, reformer, stability chair and arch barrel. All classes are on the floor and use a Pilates foam mat.

Pilates works the spine. It directly enhances the natural core strength used for all other physical pursuits.
