Never underestimate the portion! We ordered two noodle dishes and a small LiangPi. From the look it seemed just ok size but as we munched on, the hand-pulled noodles are quite filling and we were very full at the end. Good taste! We ordered takeout but the fresh-cooked noodle got a bit sticked together when we got home - I believe if we were to have them as dine-in they must be perfect!

Non chalant restaurant serving amazing fresh hand pulled noodles and dumpling. Unfortunately no vegetarian dumplings and but there veggie options for the noodle dishes. Great cheap eats. Super quick.

My dad and I shared the fried pork dumplings and the H4: Three Toppings On Hand-Pulled Noodle. This was our first time trying this style of cuisine. The owners son walked us through the menu and provided recommendations. The noodles were outstanding!!! Perfectly chewy with very rich flavour. The dumplings were fresh and flavourful. We will be recommending the restaurant to everyone and can’t wait to come back!

Best handpulled noodles in Calgary period!Generous servings, freshly made and absolutely delicious.Their chili oil (which can be purchased by the jar) is amazing as well.Highly recommend checking out this family run business.
