Colleen Youngs: Of the few items left since it is an everything must go sale.The store is empty but for a handful of clothing racks.And still some of the biggest names in cosmetics choices.I had something of each name, It was hard to decide. They are all top of the line names and quality.Many items left were for exceptionally dark skin and deep Reds.I was able to find somethings just beautiful in my shades Bobbie Brown, Lancombe,Anastasia,Tom Ford, Yves St Laurent,Mac, Charlotte Tillbury.Gorgeous, recent dates, immaculate products intact.60% 70% and more off.

julie fischer: Our sales person was Gabriel. He is now referred to as the footwear whisperer Although we didn’t get the boots we went in for, I was wearing a pair of Browns boots in need of care. Gabriel found the perfect products to save them and demonstrated how to use them. Seek him out! He knows his stuff. Best shoe salesman ever!!!! 10/10.

He was fantastic to deal with - no pressure but very informative of manufacturers and gave me honest advice about fit and style. He even recommended another height of boot because it fit better with my proportions. He was “real” - seeking to understand what I was searching for and gave me some other considerations to leave with.Whatever training or strategic hiring Browns does for their team members works. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, and feel comfortable going to either Market Mall or Cross Iron, knowing employees like Fazal will be there! Well done, Browns!

Vijay Rochani: I called the store as the merchandise had reached my home before I come back from the trip, however I misplaced the receipt, I called the store and it was Rachel who picked thr phone and I mentioned about myself and she immediately recognized me, told her I needed the receipt and she emailed me the same again she had to go out of thr way to follow up with me as due to some glitch I was not receiving thr email. The reason I narrated the entire incident as I have been a sales associate myself in NY younger days, and I always love it when I experience good service and it's worth it to let thr person know that she did an amazing job. This will help her keep up the good work always.
