Our instructors encourage personal exploration, non-attachment to outcome and present moment awareness. We offer a variety of yoga classes designed for all levels: Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Yang, Hot Yoga, Kundalini, Warm Hips and Hamstrings, Warm Yin/Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Great Yoga Wall, Ashtanga Yoga. We also offer yoga teacher training, workshops, retreats and complementary wellness services.

There are lots of great things about Yoga Santosha, such as their convenient location, their beautifully decorated and peaceful studio, the great vibe, the incredibly friendly staff... but I think the most important reason why I love it is the quality of their instructors.

The staff here are amazing and they offer a good mix of classes and a variety of experiences. From desk staff to the teachers themselves, everyone goes that extra mile and provides a personal touch.

I always feel at home at Santosha and even though I am not the most social person, the slight smiles from other people practising help me feel like I belong and that I'm in the right place.

I finally made it in. I was pretty happy. 1 pants, 4 shirts for $110. Everything in a maternity shop costs an arm and a leg when new. Great selection. Clean organized clothing. Friendly owner. I'd come back for sure. Wish the parkas were out - for the winter storm that's coming! But cest la vie!!

Amazing baby and mom yoga class! Cher is lovely, even taking the time to entertain the babies so the moms can fit in as much as possible. The classes are drop in, which makes things even better. Can even squeeze in a bit of shopping after!
