Daunavan Buyer: This is a great hotel. The slides were amazing and the rooms were clean and nice. The problem was that our floor had an issue with the air conditioning. We went as 4 family units. One of our rooms was 27 degrees and the other was 30 degrees. With young kids this was not acceptable. If they can guarantee the AC is working we would 100% stay there again. The staff comped our breakfast as a way to say sorry and tried to move one of the families to a different room, so they did what they could.

Bobby Karimi-Busheri: Good family hotel with a fun water park. Solid option for a family staying on the edge of town, close to major roads and easy access to many attractions. Water park is nice to wind down after a day of activities.

Joel Garrick: Ils ont gâché nos exigences pour une chambre, mais l'ont rapidement réparée avec notre suite d'angle habituelle et la chambre des parents. Excellent service, grands sourires et ils nous ont fait un gros rabais pour l'erreur. La piscine est propre, bien entretenue et surveillée par le personnel. Tout autour super endroit où séjourner.

Carla Morais: Merveilleux hôtel familial ! Il a une piscine incroyable avec des toboggans. C'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Malheureusement, quelqu'un a fait caca dans la piscine, ce qui était une déception car nous avons tous dû quitter la piscine, ce qui était la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Cependant, nous avons trouvé une autre piscine au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui était une bonne surprise pour que les enfants puissent encore s'amuser! La chambre d'hôtel était propre, mais le lit était un peu dur. Les ascenseurs n'iront à l'étage qu'en fonction de votre routine, donc c'était un peu frustrant, mais je comprends pour des raisons de sécurité.

David Barclay: Stayed at the port of Call in Mid April 2023 with a group booking for a basketball tournament. Not our first choice but the group rate saved some money so we thought we would try it again - not again.If you are looking for a hotel with lots of noisy, poorly behaved kids and rooms that need some maintenance, then this is the place for you.Rooms still need some TLC based on our last stay here. Ours had issues with the showerhead in the bathroom not being finished properly with the Escutcheon around the pipe through the wall not sitting properly and a large hole exposed. The heating/air conditioning did not work due to the control panel hanging off the unit. Bathroom door was damaged due to water. Room was very humid as we backed onto the pool. If you are someone that likes to sleep in, don't get a pool room as it opens at 8:00 and kids seemed to be lined up at the door.Surprisingly, the bar menu is good and we enjoyed our meal there. The dinner buffet is overpriced for what you get. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad but ordering off the menu is better.Next time we have to stay in Calgary, we will not choose this hotel due to the number of poorly behaving children, damaged rooms and over priced food.Stayed here on our way through Calgary - March 2022. The staff were very accommodating as we booked on short notice.The hotel was incredibly busy with at least one hockey team. Lots of kids around and the pool area was full of families that seemed to be having a good time. Kids were running in the halls playing hide and seek but this was not a surprise due to the number of kids, families and hockey players we saw.Room was clean but could use a little TLC. Faucet in the bathroom needed some maintenance which we informed the staff about as we left.There is a restaurant on site but the buffet was almost 30.00 per person so we ate somewhere else.Great staff, hotel could use some love.

Morgan: Belle expérience! Arrivé en retard sur un vol et appelé la réception de l'hôtel pour se renseigner sur la navette. Ils ont dit qu'après les heures d'ouverture, ils proposent des taxis prépayés, ce qui était merveilleux! Après une longue journée de voyage, nous n'avons pas eu à attendre une navette spécifique à l'hôtel et avons plutôt pris un taxi immédiatement.La chambre était très belle, propre et confortable. Ramassage rapide de la navette le matin.Je reviendrais ici.
