Aaron Peters: Brenden, our dj.... was one of the best possible people we could have had at the wedding. We had very different families, friends, and walks of life present and Brenden had the lens and experience to bring them together in celebration of our love. There were dozens of times throughout the day and night where we needed either to "rally the troops" , guide and bumper bowl certain critical timelines that were pertinent to the day, or stall, possibly last minute family entrances or outfit mishaps.... whether expediting events along or giving a speech to buy 5 minutes for someone, brenden was exactly what we needed, no one was ale to read the room quite like brenden.... the dance floor was always full, with requests and perfect lighting, the enjoyment factor was better than i could've imagined. He even sang for our first dance... amazing person and consumate professional, I'd recommend him to any wedding or event to tastefully keep the party going... he brought our families together, and for that, I will never forget... thanks brenden!

So I called Anne at Smoking Gun and worked out a bespoke murder mystery to complement my party. It was a huge hit. Roxane Power: We hired a group of 4 roving characters for our Grinchmas themed Christmas Party in Canmore in December 2022. We had the Grinch, the Mayor, and 2 Whovians. I can’t express how amazing the cast was! Especially the Grinch, he really stole the show!! We are so happy we did this! The creativity and energy it provided was exactly what we needed to sell our theme. If I ever need another group of roving characters, you bet it will be from this team! I had so many attendees comment on their interactions with the cast and how it made the night. I’m sure the volume of selfies and videos I saw our staff taking with them indicates how much they enjoyed it! We even had staff questioning whether they were staff who dressed up – totally blended in well! Aubrey Horbachewski: Was very easy to book and plan the music for our wedding ceremony and reception. We also had a photo booth that was a big hit with our guests! Our DJ Joshua was amazing, he went above and beyond for us and despite experiencing some setbacks in timing and accessing our venue due to a large event going on at our venue he was calm and prepared. I highly recommend Sounds Unlimited for your event!

Michelle Vrbik: If you need a wedding DJ - Jay is your man. Not only are his prices incredibly reasonable, multiple people during our wedding commented that he was the best DJ they've ever heard. A quote from the bartender: "I've been in this business for 25 years and have done hundreds of weddings and I have never heard a DJ this good". I gave him a few songs that people would like beforehand as there was a very eclectic group of music listeners at our wedding. From this he created a playlist that encapsulated the music tastes of all 50 guests in the room. He responded quickly to emails and maintained a very professional presence through our ceremony and reception, all while keeping things light and fun. I felt at ease and calm knowing that he was in charge during the music - especially during the ceremony. The last thing a bride wants to be worrying about is that the song choices are correct and on cue - but Jay was 100% trustworthy. Not to mention he has an amazing radio announcer voice for all the important announcements :P! Would recommend Jay at Sounds Unlimited 100 times over!

K.Le. Schlief: Your wedding was September 21rst. Sounds Unlimited was recommended to us by The event coordinator, at the Barracks Room on the old Currie Army base. We had requested 90's music vibe, with a bit of current mixed in & we got exactly what we asked for. Pricing was reasonable, much more so than other places we looked at. Hanz was the name of the dj, and if you want people dancing all night long, he is your guy.

Michelle Lobo: We had Sean play for our associations New Years party. He was friendly and accomodating from the very beginning. He met with us before our event, went over everything and answered all our questions, and we had complete faith in him to do a great job from this time.During the event he accomodated all the set up to our needs and was consistent in ensuring that the sound met the same standard throughout the event which was a really nice thing to see. He even played a little guitar for us which was really loved by our guests.There was some music that he wasn't quite familiar with it as well as some traditions that we wanted included that we were a little hesitant about since they are uncommon. However, even with short notice and minimal instruction he was able to accomodate all those requests. Lastly, he was very interactive and fun with our guest which, again we really appreciated.Overall fantastic DJ, very accomodating and professional. We would highly reccomend.
