Through a variety of yoga styles designed for all levels, we create and hold a space that invites people to connect with each other and an opportunity to be your authentic self. Our instructors encourage personal exploration, non-attachment to outcome and present moment awareness. We offer a variety of yoga classes designed for all levels: Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Yang, Hot Yoga, Kundalini, Warm Hips and Hamstrings, Warm Yin/Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Great Yoga Wall, Ashtanga Yoga. There are lots of great things about Yoga Santosha, such as their convenient location, their beautifully decorated and peaceful studio, the great vibe, the incredibly friendly staff... but I think the most important reason why I love it is the quality of their instructors.

The staff here are amazing and they offer a good mix of classes and a variety of experiences. From desk staff to the teachers themselves, everyone goes that extra mile and provides a personal touch.

I always feel at home at Santosha and even though I am not the most social person, the slight smiles from other people practising help me feel like I belong and that I'm in the right place.
