We had many quotes just before Christmas – some glass companies were too busy to even give us a quote, but they took the time and were very professional. Some quotes were much higher and some were lower – but we chose them as some of our friends had chosen them and were very happy with the service and work. The work was done and looked good – the only problem was we needed it sealed better as it was for a steam shower. They came right away and took care of everything – very professional!

I wanted to get a piece of glass cut to protect an antique desk I got for my office. I called about five other places and Cascade was the cheapest. They also let me know what thickness, and type of glass that would be best suited to what I needed it for. I placed my order over the phone and it was ready the next day! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can never beat that!

Cascade glass was amazing throughout the ordering and install of my shower doors. They were able to come out to measure for the glass the next day and had it installed in just over a week. I had been in contact with a couple of other companies as well and they were the quickest and cheapest and the glass looks great! Would definitely recommend!

This company did a good job. Installed two large mirrors, shower doors, and two glass entryway to bathroom doors. I was happy w the final product but they need to work on communication skills w the customer. I would however, recommend them to others despite this. I have spoken w them and they will remedy this.

When we were renovating our master bathroom, we decided we wanted a custom sized shower that would really enhance the whole project. We went to Cascade and they showed us the various options we could have and in the we chose 10mm glass with the Guardian Showerguard coating. This coating is designed to minimize calcium build-up and spotting. The shower looks beautiful, and has been commented upon many times. Highly recommend.

When I requested a quote they were quick and helpful. Once moving forward to the custom order and purchase they had it done and ready in a timely manner and showed a genuine interest in the project I was completing and being as helpful as possible. Will definitely be returning.
