This level is for Warriors that currently do little or no exercise or are returning to fitness training after a break (e.g. following injury, illness or postnatal). Level 1 is a great start to your journey of life-long fitness.

This level is ideal for Warriors who have worked their way up from our Believe class or those joining us with a reasonable standard of fitness. This class is a great way to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina and will take your fitness to the next level.

This level is not for the faint hearted. This is where we challenge the fittest Warriors to reach their maximum potential. This class is highly rated by our seasoned Warriors, who are now fit enough to be pushed to their limit and beyond.


We bring the benefits of outdoor fitness to your everyday fitness regime. Created to help Warriors of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, our boot camp classes are fun and challenging, yet hugely rewarding. You will very quickly see the benefits of exercising outdoors with your peers. We understand that no two people are the same because our Warriors come from all walks of life.


Personal training at Warrior Packs integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and team performance. We guarantee that our commitment, alongside your own, will deliver results.


We create a trusting and supportive environment to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. We do not believe in judgment, deprivation, punishment, guilt, and all-or-nothing rules. I loved this workout and cannot wait to go back. I box regularly so finding something that is a challenge can sometimes be difficult as gyms often underestimate you. These guys let me work at my pace, which sometimes was keeping up with them and others a little behind. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who is looking to get to that next level in their training, or even someone who just wants to get out and do something that makes them feel pumped.
